The monthly cost of your Digitaleo license depends on the number of modules subscribed to and the number of sites in your network.

Each module is valued in the form of an amount per site per month.

Sum of the amounts per module per site X Number of sites
= Total amount of your monthly subscription.

Access to Leo’s features requires a monthly license associated with administrator access. This license includes monthly AI Credits, which can be exceeded at a cost of €0.02 per credit.

Once the Leo license has been purchased by the administrator, you can deploy Leo to the so-called “affiliated” access points at your facilities without an additional subscription.

Each access type comes with a fixed monthly credit allowance (non-carryover), tailored to your network’s needs:

• Administrator Access (Headquarters): A subscription that includes 300 to 1,600 credits per month, depending on the total number of locations in your network, plus €0.02 per credit used.
• Affiliate Access (Point of Sale): No additional subscription is required as long as the Leo license is active on the administrator account. Each affiliate account includes 50 credits per month, after which each credit used costs €0.02.

The complexity of the tasks performed by Leo determines the cost in credits for each action, with the exception of image generation, which is set at a fixed rate of 25 credits per image.

Digitaleo operates on a monthly subscription basis, including a manager’s license and local licenses if you wish to equip your establishments.

Our subscription also includes dedicated Customer Success support: onboarding, training (head office, network coordinators, franchisees), optimization of usage and performance.

Yes, you choose the modules you wish to subscribe to or via our pre-defined formulas according to your needs. You can add/remove modules at any time according to the terms of your contract.

Formulas provide a perfectly optimized response to the marketing challenge, with theadvantage of a more attractive rate than à la carte.

Yes, on our campaign modules (Direct Marketing and Ads) you will be invoiced at the end of the month for the budgets invested in your campaigns.

Digitaleo gives you great flexibility in terms of invoicing, whether for subscriptions or campaign budgets.

Subscriptions can be invoiced for the head office or for each site.

The same applies to campaign budgets.
For example, some of our customers ask to be invoiced for national subscriptions (paid for by the head office), but campaign budgets remain the responsibility of the local site.
