Yes, our AI agent Leo is natively compliant with the GDPR and the regulatory framework of the European AI Act. Leo is classified as a low-risk artificial intelligence system, as it is a marketing and decision-support tool. Furthermore, in accordance with Section 6.3 of our Terms of Service, human oversight is mandatory: Leo does not publish anything entirely on its own, and your teams (whether at headquarters or locally) always retain final approval over all content.

All data processed or generated by the Leo AI agent is stored and hosted exclusively in Europe. Digitaleo guarantees absolute European data sovereignty to meet the compliance and security requirements of franchise networks and multi-location retail chains.

Access to Leo’s features requires a monthly license associated with administrator access. This license includes monthly AI Credits, which can be exceeded for an additional cost per credit.

Once the Leo license has been purchased by the administrator, you can deploy Leo to the so-called “affiliated” access points at your facilities without an additional subscription.

Each type of access comes with a fixed monthly credit allowance (non-carryover), sized according to your network’s needs.

To protect your network from unintentional overuse, you can use Digitaleo to authorize exceeding your included credit allowance and set a maximum monthly budget in euros for overage charges.

Once your monthly allowance is used up, you automatically switch to a pay-as-you-go billing model. Each unit of data used beyond your plan is billed at a flat rate of €0.02 (excluding tax) at the end of the calendar month.
